\-the past/domesticated time-

-passing, dreaming, the night is so young, but we are so old
wait with me, won’t you, I know you have other places to be
but the sky and sea are one, Pisces jumps from the ocean
into the tapestry of the starry night sky, all of them look down
upon us, how simple we must seem, barely visible for a moment
then gone-

-the future/an unraveling-

- M A Y D A Y M A Y D A Y ! ! !
“This just in; the future has been canceled, the imminent
collapse has been postponed, all ticket holders will be refunded”
smile won’t you, I know you’re teeth are rotten but let me see the blackness of your grime.
humanity H U M A N i.t.y, inc.
nothing was beyond the capitalist grasp
“where is the party in opposition (?) that has not been decried as communist by its opponent “
the sky is filled with candles, aflame and one by one we’ve been blowing them out, so kiss me goodnight and I’ll see you i n t h e m o r n i n g . . . -

-the present/an arriving train you’re never ready for-

-the smell of the grass being carried away in soft spring air
this is all we can hope for, a small piece of paradise, cut out from the rest of the pie, which has long since gone bad.
hold hands while you still can.
feel each other as tightly as you may
enjoy the sweet flavors and fragrances
it’s been good, but the exit is this way.-
